I’m an engineering and product development leader, advisor, and coach. In my coaching practice, I focus on integrity, accountability, and the actions and behaviors required to achieve high performance results. My leadership style is based in mindfulness and nonviolent communication. 

I’ve achieved professional success helping people, teams, and organizations make big, positive impacts on the world through the development of new technology. I’m currently leading innovation in hyper-growth areas of last mile delivery technology at Amazon, where my team owns routing for the delivery of every package Amazon delivers worldwide. Previously I was founder and CTO at The Arts Coop, and have held VP of Engineering roles at several tech startups including Caffeine, SmugMug, and IMVU, where I implemented the Lean Startup methodologies with Eric Ries.
